Return & Exchange Policy
• Processing Time
Returns and exchanges are processed within 2-7 business days after your return has been received by our facility.
• Exchanges
Items requested for exchange will only be processed once your return has been received and inspected. We cannot hold items in advance, and exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
• If the requested item is out of stock, you will receive store credit to use toward your next order.
• Condition Requirements
Please ensure all items are:
• Unwashed and unworn
• In original condition with tags attached
• Free of stains, odors, or other blemishes
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted and may be donated.
• Unauthorized Returns
Any items not sold by Redemption Arc or not in original condition will not be processed and may be donated.
• Return Abuse
We actively monitor return and exchange activity. Redemption Arc reserves the right to refuse returns/exchanges or apply fees in cases of excessive, fraudulent, or abusive return behavior.
• Order Separation
Customers must create a separate return/exchange for each order. Returns from multiple orders cannot be combined.
• Refunds & Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been processed.

Refund - Return Label Handling Fee
Prefer a refund? We'll process it back to your original payment method. A small handling fee will be deducted to cover the return label.
